- We strive for accuracy but are not liable for minor discrepancies inherent to handmade goods

- Payment via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, or COD (select areas)
- All transactions use PCI-DSS compliant, SSL-encrypted gateways — we never store your card details

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Eligible for Return
Requested within 2-3 days of delivery, item unused and undamaged in original packaging, unboxing video provided.
Defective Items
Full refund or replacement with free return shipping. Priority processing within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Non-Defective Returns
Refund minus return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Processed within 2-3 business days.
Not Eligible
Custom or personalized items (unless defective), items without unboxing video, used or damaged returns.

We Do NOT Guarantee
- Exact color consistency over time (natural patina is expected)
- Specific durability beyond ±5% tolerance
- Suitability for your specific purpose
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, COPRASIA provides products "AS IS". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any claim exceeding the product's purchase price.

- Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts in Uttarakhand, India
- Claims must be filed within 2 years of the incident
