COPRASIA Returns & Refunds Policy

At COPRASIA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:

If an item is received damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

Unboxing Video is required for any claim.

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition (including packaging).

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Return Process:

Contact our customer support team at sales@coprasia.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

You will receive instructions for the return and a return authorization number (if applicable).

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged.
